Terms of use
MadSan is a private intelligence platform for energy and commodity brokers. These terms explain how to use the service responsibly.
Intelligence, not advice
MadSan helps you discover and review information about markets, counterparties, and trade context. Platform output is for your own professional judgment. It is not legal, financial, tax, compliance, insurance, or trading advice, and it does not authorize any transaction, shipment, payment, or contract.
You remain responsible for your own KYC, AML, sanctions, export-control, licensing, and counterparty policies before you act.
How to read the platform
Where MadSan shows attribution, treat information in this spirit:
- Observed: drawn from identified sources such as registries, open datasets, or live signals.
- Inferred: derived from observed signals. Useful for investigation, not proof of title, cargo, or clearance to trade.
- Coverage varies: some regions and datasets are denser than others. Missing data is shown honestly; absence of a warning does not mean absence of risk.
Sanctions and review leads
Screening hits and corridor notes are review leads for your workflow. They are not confirmed designations or permission to trade. Always adjudicate against official lists and your own compliance process.
Privacy
We process account and usage data to operate MadSan, with purpose limitation, retention limits, and no sale of personal data. See the privacy notice for details and your rights.
Corrections and disputes
If something looks wrong, tell us. Disputes ask us to review evidence; they are not findings of fraud or illegality.
Use the corrections and disputes form, or request a place via exclusive access if you are not yet a member.
Acceptable use
Access is invite-only. Do not share credentials, scrape the service, or use MadSan for unlawful activity. We may suspend access that puts the platform or other members at risk.
